We use enquiry information to respond, understand requirements and identify the relevant company for a project. Contact requests may also ask us to correct information or stop outreach. We keep a record of your request and its submission time. We don’t sell enquiry information.
Sharing and your choice
Submitting an enquiry does not authorize distribution across our group. We identify the relevant group company and ask before passing on agreed contact and project details. Each group company is responsible for its subsequent communications and the services it provides.
Website hosting and storage
Vercel hosts this website and processes technical information needed to deliver and secure it, including network and request data. Form submissions are stored in private Vercel Blob storage in the Sydney region, accessible to authorized operators. Hosting, delivery and support can involve processing in other countries. Email you send directly is handled by our business email service.
Security and abuse prevention
The website limits form submissions using a one-way hash of the requesting IP address. We use private server-side storage and do not place form details in public URLs or analytics. We do not add advertising pixels or session replay to this website.
Keeping information
We keep enquiries while assessing or discussing your request and while reasonably needed to maintain the project correspondence. You can contact us to request deletion. Minimal do-not-contact records are kept so we can continue to honor outreach objections.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete information, or stop marketing, by emailing contact@fairhavenspaces.com. Depending on applicable law, you may have additional rights to object, restrict use or receive a copy of your information. You may also contact your local privacy regulator.
Emails you received
If we contacted you before you used this website, reply to the email to ask about its source, correct the information or stop further contact. A lease event does not mean a project is confirmed. The contact form also lets you record an outreach objection without describing a project.
