The work can start with planning the layout of a new office, reviewing how an existing workplace is used or preparing a property for a new tenant. The company involved will depend on the location and the work being considered.
Fairhaven Spaces is part of an international group of office design and fit-out companies. We speak with owners and occupiers to understand whether there’s a project being considered before bringing a relevant firm into the conversation.
If there appears to be a good fit, we explain which firm we have in mind and why. That team can then discuss the design, scope, timing and delivery with you. You agree any appointment directly with the company doing the work.
