The firm can discuss the layout, design, fit-out requirements and delivery with you. From there, you decide on the scope and any appointment.

Do I need a confirmed project?
No. A location and an idea of the work are enough to start. Tell us what is known and what is still undecided. You don’t need a completed brief or a confirmed budget.
How is Fairhaven connected to the design and build companies?
Fairhaven Spaces is part of an international group of office design and fit-out companies. We understand your plans and connect you with the relevant team in our group.
Will several companies contact me?
No. We are the outreach arm of the group. You will be contacted by a single company within the group.
What sort of work does the group cover?
Our companies work on office layouts and design, fit-outs for new premises, refurbishments and preparing space for tenants. The services available depend on the company and location, so we check the work you’re considering before suggesting a team.
Can I keep my existing advisers?
Yes. An introduction gives you an option to consider and does not replace any existing appointment.
What if there isn’t a suitable firm for my project?
We’ll tell you. Location, experience, project size, timing and team availability all matter.
Who would take the project forward?
The relevant design and fit-out company would discuss the work with you, develop the scope and agree any appointment. Fairhaven is your initial point of contact and helps establish which firm is suited to the project.
Why did you contact me about a lease expiry?
A lease expiry is often a point when a business considers relocating or making changes to its existing space. We want to understand whether there’s actually a project being considered before involving a design and fit-out firm. If it’s still too early, or our information is wrong, please let us know.
