Fairhaven Spaces is part of an international group of office design and fit-out companies. Our companies work on office design, fit-outs and refurbishments. We speak with occupiers, owners and managers to understand their plans before involving the firm best suited to the work.
Working as a group
Fairhaven is an initial point of contact for people considering office work. We establish what is being planned, then the relevant firm can discuss the layout, design, fit-out requirements and delivery in more detail.
Your decision
You choose whether to accept an introduction and whether to appoint the group company. There is no obligation to proceed with a quotation or contract. You can continue working with your existing advisers.
Working with a group company
Any design work, quotation, appointment or construction contract is agreed with the relevant company in our group. Confirm the scope, responsibilities and project terms with that team before work starts.
